THOMAS J DAVIDSON
RETIRED JANUARY 1, 2016
Tom started at Neuner Davidson & Co in 1976. He retired after over forty years with the firm. Tom is a fifth-generation Oregonian. He lived and worked in Eugene until he moved to Roseburg in 1976. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Oregon. He also served in the Accounting and Finance Department of the Air Force from 1966-1970. “One of the pleasures of my profession,” Tom says, “is being able to take advantage of tax breaks for my clients. I’m proud of the fact that our firm is one of the few licensed for municipal audits.” Tom is past president of the St. Joseph’s School Board, the Roseburg Jaycees, the Roseburg Soccer Association, and the Roseburg Morning Rotary. His hobbies include snow skiing, fishing, golf and hunting. He also enjoys traveling with his wife, Bille, and spending time with his son, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
JEFFREY R. COOLEY, CPA
Jeff joined Neuner Davidson & Co in 1994 and became a partner in 2001. He is a licensed municipal auditor. Jeff was born and raised in Roseburg. He graduated from Roseburg High and received his college degree from Oregon State University in 1994. (Go Beavs!) Jeff is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. He is a board member of the Housing Authority of Douglas County Oregon and is a past treasurer of the Roseburg Jaycees and Ducks Unlimited. Jeff has always enjoyed living in a small town where he has the opportunity to meet and build long lasting relations with his clients. Jeff enjoys golfing, camping, working in the yard, and being with his family. Jeff is active in non-profit and municipal auditing, along with tax preparation for individuals, small businesses, and non-profits.
VICKIE RAPP, CPA CIA CGMA CITP
Vickie joined Neuner Davidson & Co in 2013 and became a partner in 2016. She is a licensed municipal auditor. Vickie was raised in Brookings, Oregon. She attended both Oregon State University and the University of Oregon, graduating from the U of O in 1993. Vickie has worked in private industry in several arenas, including forest products, building products, pulp and paper, consumer products, and healthcare. She is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. Vickie was a member of the Accounting Advisory Board for the University of Oregon from 2017-2024. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her extended family that live in the Roseburg area and working on her little farm. Vickie is active in municipal auditing, along with tax preparation for individuals and businesses.
HUGH J. FRIEL, CPA
RETIRED JUNE 1, 2024
Hugh brings over 35 years of accounting and tax experience to the firm. Hugh has extensive experience working with closely held business owners with their tax, accounting and retirement plan needs. Hugh joined Neuner Davidson as a partner in January 2018 after a firm merger brought the Slight & Friel PC and Neuner Davidson and Co together. Hugh graduated from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He has been a member of the Roseburg Rotary Club for the past 27 years, past president, serves as board member and club treasurer, past board member of the local American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley and taught accounting basics at UCC.
KELSEY M. PARDON, CPA
Kelsey joined Neuner Davidson & Co in 2014 and became a partner in 2022. She received CPA license in March of 2018. B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon. She is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Kelsey is proficient in individual tax preparation, business
tax preparation, non-profit tax return preparation, general bookkeeping, municipal auditing, NFP auditing, Quickbooks services, and payroll. Kelsey is also a Licensed Municipal Auditor.

Julie has been with the firm since 2018. She is an ex-financial services executive from California and has decades of experience in office management. She moved to Roseburg in 2017 and loves to be with her family, garden and read.

Ryan joined the firm in 2023. He earned a BBA with a concentration in Accounting from the Austin Peay State University in Tennessee. Ryan has over 20 years of industry experience, mostly in governmental accounting. He specializes in tax preparation, bookkeeping, municipal auditing, and nonprofit auditing.

Cai has been with the firm since 2021. Cai earned her BA in Accounting and Economics, and MS in Accounting from University of Oregon. Cai specializes in QuickBooks services, tax return preparation, municipal auditing, nonprofit auditing, and has over 10 years of international trading business experience.

Trevan has been with the firm since 2023. Trevan earned his BA in Accounting from Colorado State University and is working towards his CPA license. He moved to Roseburg with his family in 2023. He has experience in individual and business tax preparation as well as QuickBooks services.

Kenda has been with the firm since 2000. Kenda graduated from Umpqua Community College and received her tax preparers license in 2000. Kenda has experience in municipal auditing as well as tax preparation for individuals and small businesses.

Lora has been with the firm since 2007. She earned her accounting degree from Umpqua Community College and is an Oregon Licensed Tax Preparer. Lora is active in individual and business tax preparation, municipal auditing, non-profit auditing and tax prep, financial statement prep, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, 1099 preparation and payroll.

Amber has been with the firm since 2023. She is a former credentialing specialist with many years of administrative and office experience. Amber moved to Sutherlin from the Oregon coast. In her free time she enjoys traveling, deep sea fishing, and spending time with her family.
